The COMFORT-GEN7™ is the most flexible ballistic package in the EnGarde® soft armor panel product line. The panel is an ideal choice for customers looking for an extremely concealable and comfortable solution.

Although all our armor products can be worn by men or women, the COMFORT-GEN7™ panel is particularly popular with our female customers. Due to its extreme flexibility, the panel is easily concealable, even on those with smaller frames.

The new PERA-PLUS™ material we use in our COMFORT-GEN7™ soft armor panel allows for a ballistic panel that is just as flexible than our previous NIJ Level II product, but at a lower weight and higher ballistic protection level.

This full-wrap design provides NIJ Level II protection and is tested according to the Swedish RPS 1 standard, including 9 x 19 DM11 A1B2, .357 Magnum JSP and 9×19 FEB clean range ammunition.

Furthermore this panel has been rigorously tested and officially certified by Beschussamt Mellrichstadt according to Schutzklasse 1 TR03/2008.

The MT-PRO-GEN7™ is the advanced evolution of our MT-PRO™ panel, designed to outperform in every category: thinness, weight, flexibility, and protection. At just 6 mm thick, the MT-PRO-GEN7™ is 25% thinner than its predecessor and weighs only 4.8 kg/m², making it 10% lighter.

Despite its slimmer profile, it delivers reliable NIJ .06 Level IIIA protection, rigorously tested against the NIJ 0101.06 standard. A total of 56 samples underwent comprehensive testing at an NIJ-accredited laboratory to ensure performance.

Beyond standard threats, the MT-PRO-GEN7™ is proven to stop specialized rounds, including 9 mm Ranger SXT, 7.62×25 mm Tokarev, and 5.7×28 mm SS197. Special Threat testing also covers a contact shot from a 9 mm RUAG ACTION NP CN310 at approximately 460 m/s, in compliance with VPAM BSW 2006 standards.

Additionally, the MT-PRO-GEN7™ offers exceptional knife resistance, successfully stopping the P1 knife (15 Joules, <20 mm penetration) and the S1 knife (15 Joules, <1 mm penetration) in accordance with NIJ Standard 0115.00.

It’s an ideal choice for customers looking for an extremely concealable solution with the highest level of protection. For this flexible panel we incorporated Dyneema® Force Multiplier Technology. The result is a soft armor panel that is one of the world’s lightest NIJ Level IIIA solutions.
